NYCThirst is launching its first Kickstarter to bring Midtown Issue One to life, the debut volume in a yearlong comic book style guidebook series that maps New York City’s bar culture one neighborhood at a time. This 96 page issue features original art, photography, events, and coverage of Midtown’s most iconic bar neighborhoods, including Chelsea, Times Square, Garment District, Koreatown, and more.
This project is the beginning of something much bigger. Throughout 2026, NYCThirst will release monthly editions that move across all five boroughs, creating a full collectible library of New York nightlife. At the same time, NYCThirst.com will update weekly with new bars, events, neighborhood highlights, and behind the scenes progress from each upcoming issue.
